AAG Training Services Ltd
Effective Date: 01st August 2025
1.1 “Company” means AAG Training Services Ltd, the provider of training services.
1.2 “Client” means the individual or business purchasing training services.
1.3 “Services” means the construction training courses and related services provided by the Company.
1.4 “Contract” means the agreement between the Company and the Client for the supply of Services, incorporating these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 All bookings must be made via the Company’s website, email, or in writing, and will only be confirmed once the Company issues written confirmation.
2.2 Course availability is subject to change, and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion.
3.1 Prices for all Services are stated in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Payment terms:
3.3 The Company reserves the right to withhold certificates until full payment has been received.
3.4 Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
4.1 Client Cancellations:
· Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date: Full refund.
· Cancellations made 7–13 days before the course: 50% refund.
· Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course: No refund.
4.2 Company Cancellations:
· If the Company cancels a course, Clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
4.3 Substitutions of delegates are permitted at no additional cost if notified in advance.
5.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring that attendees meet any pre-course entry requirements.
5.2 Attendees must arrive on time and complete the full course to receive certification.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to remove any delegate whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
6.1 The Company will comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.
6.2 Delegates must follow all safety instructions given by trainers during the course.
6.3 The Company is not liable for accidents or injuries caused by failure to follow safety instructions.
7.1 Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course and full payment of fees.
7.2 The Company is not responsible for delays in third-party accreditation bodies issuing certificates.
8.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.
8.2 The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant training service.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence.
9.1 The Company will process all personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
9.2 Full details are provided in the Company’s Privacy Policy available on request.
10.1 The Company shall not be liable for failure to deliver Services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, adverse weather, or government restrictions.
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
